Our apps are designed to pull in information from the configured motion platforms Google fit, Strava or Apple Health. Please navigate to the settings icon and select resync data. The app will recognize the information will need to be pulled from the current connected fitness app. Allow 2 hours for the information to pull the data into the app. If you continue to have trouble please submit a support ticket with the following information :
