To manually enter your workout, you must first still connect to Apple Health, Google Fit, or Strava. You can then manually add your workout data by following these steps:

1. Tap the "+ Button" next to Activities on the "Get Active" screen. 

2. Next, tap the calendar icon or type in the date in the Date field.

3. Enter the duration of your workout. 

4. Enter the number of miles you traveled. 

5. Finally, tap the Add button. 

You should see a Notice box displayed that confirms your activity has been added.

NOTE: If you do not see the + button, your organization has not enabled the feature that will allow you to add the activity manually.
