Why do I get a message saying I'm not registered for an event when I am?

You might receive a message stating you are not registered for an event for a couple of reasons. 

1. If you receive this message and have confirmed you are registered for the event, please check that your profile is set to public which you should be able to do through your Participant Center. If your profile is set to private, the app will not be able to connect to your profile, and will prevent you from being able to log in. If you need further assistance changing this setting, please contact your organization or event coordinator directly.

2. Another reason you could be seeing this message is that the event has not been uploaded to our database yet. We can definitely take a look to confirm if the event is active in our database.

If you continue to experience this issue once you have confirmed you are registered for an event and your profile is set to public, please follow the instructions below to provide us with the necessary information to investigate further.
  • If you are trying to access the mobile app and receive this message, please send us the name of the organization running the event as well as the name, location, and date of the event.
  • If you are attempting to access the Facebook app, please send us the install link you are using to add the app to Facebook. To do this, please follow the steps outlined below:
For PC
1. Log into your Participant Center or HQ, or view the email you received from your organization about ways to fundraise.
2. Locate the Fundraise through Facebook link, place your cursor over it and right click the mouse button.
3. Select "Copy Link Location," "Copy link address" or "Copy shortcut" from the menu that appears.
4. Paste the link into your response to us.

For Mac
1. Log into your Participant Center or HQ, or view the email you received from your organization about ways to fundraise.
2. Locate the Fundraise through Facebook link, place your cursor over it. Hold down the control key and click on the link.
3. Select "Copy Link Location," "Copy link address" or "Copy shortcut" from the menu that appears.
4 .Paste the link into your response to us.
