Why do I get a message saying I'm not registered for an event when I am?

You might receive a message stating you are not registered for an event for a couple of reasons. 

1. The login credentials being used are not the same login credentials that were entered when registering for this year’s event.
 
2. The event you are registered for is not in our database yet.

We recommend first confirming with your organization the credentials you are using are for an active registered account. If this does not solve the issue please submit a support ticket with the following information.
  • Name of the Organization you are fundraising for
  • Event Name 
  • Event Date and city
We would be glad to assist further and investigate what might be occurring with your account.
